盾构切削刀具的布置规律及优化研究

摘要:

根据盾构切削刀具的阿氏螺线布置规律,针对北京地铁四号线14标学院南路站—双榆树站区间盾构刀具的布置形式,推导该区间盾构刀具的阿氏螺线布置公式及规律;并通过对刀具实际磨损情况的分析和研究,提出减少刀具磨损的优化布置措施。研究有助于为同类工程盾构刀具的布置提供参考。

Abstract:

Archimedes spiral formula and rules of the cutter arrangement of the shield for the running tunnel from Xueyuan South Road Station to Shuangyushu Station of Line 4 of Beijing Metro are derived on basis of Archimedes spiral arrangement principle and the arrangement of the cutters of the shield for the running tunnel. In addition, optimized cutter arrangement is proposed on basis of analysis and study on the wearing of the cutters. The research results will be useful for the optimal arrangement of shield cutters in similar tunnel projects.
