成都砂卵石地层注浆加固技术应用

摘要: 为了解决成都地铁高富水砂卵石地质条件下,地层注浆加固工艺少、加固效果起伏大的难题,采用室内反复模拟试验,现场实践验证、比对和反馈,对传统袖阀管注浆加固技术从器械构造、工艺流程、注浆材料等方面进行优化改进和总结,得出先用聚氨酯封口、再注水泥-水玻璃浆和AB化学浆液的粗细颗粒相结合注浆加固,能大大增强砂卵石地层定向注浆的可靠性和增大浆体注入量,确保注浆加固效果,降低建(构)筑物和管线安全控制风险。

Abstract: The effect of the grouting consolidation in waterrich sandy cobble strata in Chengdu is poor. Simulation tests are made in laboratory and verifications are made in the job site. The traditional Soletanche grouting consolidation technology is optimized in terms of equipment structure, grouting procedure and grouting material. In the end, the grouting consolidation reliability is improved, the grouting consolidation effect is guaranteed and the risk of the buildings and pipelines is reduced. 
