盾构快速掘进下同步注浆材料优化配合比设计

Optimization of Mixing Proportion of Grout for Simultaneous Grouting in Shield Tunneling

摘要: 在台山核电取水隧洞施工过程中,管片监测结果显示1#隧洞前期上浮和错台较大,为防止管片上浮挤压破坏盾尾刷,同时解决上浮量较大时管片成型质量较差的问题,从同步注浆浆液配合比入手,采用配合比设计、试验改进配合比的方法,研究减水剂、聚丙烯纤维及絮凝剂对同步注浆浆液性能的影响。通过调整胶凝材料组分、水胶比,添加絮凝剂、有机纤维和减水剂,制备出可减少管片上浮、抗水分散性好、抗渗性好于一体的高性能同步注浆材料。根据实践情况,优化后的配合比能有效地减小管片上浮,满足盾构快速施工条件下的管片成型质量要求及盾尾抗渗水性能。

Abstract: Monitoring results show that serious uplifting and dislocation occur to the segment lining of No. 1 water division tunnel of Taishan nuclear plant. In the paper, the influences of waterreducing agents, polypropylene fibre and flocculation agent on the grout for simultaneous grouting in shield tunneling are studied by means of optimization design and grout mixing proportion tests. Highperformance grout for simultaneous grouting that can reduce the uplifting of the segment lining is prepared and applied in the works. In the end, the uplifting of the segment lining is reduced, the quality of the segment lining is improved and the water seepage from the shield tail is well controled.
