浅埋暗挖隧道零距离下穿既有地铁车站施工方案优化研究

摘要:

浅埋暗挖隧道近距离下穿施工会对既有结构产生显著影响,解决好下穿施工引起的既有结构沉降变形问题,对城市地下交通的建设和发展具有显著意义。以北京地铁6号线东四站—朝阳门站区间隧道零距离下穿既有5号线东四站为工程背景,在施工过程中开展数值模拟与现场监测相结合的研究工作,对隧道施工方案进行优化并总结分析零距离穿越施工对既有结构的影响。研究成果表明: 1)在隧道开挖轮廓线两侧2 m内进行全断面注浆能够显著提高穿越段的土体强度,有效降低既有地铁车站的沉降变形; 2)千斤顶顶撑能够对既有结构底板提供支撑反力,不仅限制了既有结构的沉降变形,而且减小了穿越施工对既有结构的影响范围,确保既有结构的最大沉降值控制在3 mm以内。

Abstract:

A running tunnel on line 6 of Beijing Metro undercrosses Dongsi Station of line 5 of Beijing Metro with zero clearance. During the construction of the running tunnel, numerical simulations are made, field monitoring is conducted, and the construction scheme is optimized. The influence of the construction of the running tunnel on the existing structure is summarized. Conclusions drawn are as follows: 1) Fullface grouting can improve the strength of the soil to be tunneled through, which in turn reduces the settlement of the existing Metro station; 2) The jacks installed can provide support to the floor of the existing Metro station, which guarantees the maximum settlement of existing structure to be within 3 mm. 
