浅埋偏压软弱围岩隧道施工技术

摘要:

浅埋偏压软弱围岩隧道若围岩为全风化岩,土体较为松散,围岩自稳能力较差,隧道开挖后容易出现塌方、冒顶等灾害,施工中隧道预留沉降量极难把控,即使开挖完成后也容易出现初期支护变形量较大,导致二次衬砌断面不足。京福铁路闽赣五标段金岭头隧道和童游隧道洞口段地质条件为全风化云母石英片岩,呈砂土状,地下水为孔隙裂隙水,施工中合理选用六部CD法、三台阶临时仰拱法和加强临时支护、反压回填等措施,控制了围岩和初期支护变形,保证了盾构能安全地通过风险地段。

Abstract:

If the surrounding rocks of asymmetricalloaded and shallowburied tunnel are weathered, collapse often occurs. It is difficult to reserve deformation. The deformation of primary support is large. The 6step CD method, 3step primary invert method, temporary support strengthening method and backfilling method are adopted in the construction of the entrances of Jinlingtou tunnel and Tongyou tunnel on BeijingFuzhou railway. The deformations of surrounding rocks and primary supports are brought under effective control and the safety of the shield passing throught dangerous section is guaranteed. 
