流塑性渣土环保装运新技术

摘要:

流塑性渣土在装运中时常出现“滴、撒、漏”问题,对路面极易造成污染,尤其是城市工程中的土压平衡盾构掘进,土体在压力舱内经加水、加泡沫剂后,含水量较高,呈流塑性渣土,在装运中对施工场地路面和城市道路的污染难以避免,也因频繁清洗路面造成耗水量大且经常淤塞城市地下排污管线,易诱发城市泥水污染问题。为有效解决此类问题,发明了自动化渣斗,并对运输车进行密封技术改进,有效防范了渣土在装运过程中对环境的污染,为解决渣土污染环境问题提供了借鉴。

Abstract:

Muck dripping, splashing and leaking are commonly encountered in plastic muck loading and transporting and are harmful to road quality. Especially, the plastic muck excavated by EPB shield in urban projects, after conditioning with water and foam in shield chamber, will inevitably stain road in construction site and city. In addition, frequently washing of the stained road may consume much water, congest urban sewer and induce urban water pollution. In order to completely tackle the above problems, a new technology is developed in tunnel excavation, including automatic muck hopper and improved sealing technology for truck. Construction experiences shows that this new technology can essentially settle environmental pollution during muck loading and transporting and provide references for tackling environmental pollution of muck.
