越既有结构车站围护桩成桩综合施工技术

摘要:

以哈尔滨地铁博物馆车站穿越既有地下商场及人防隧道结构为例,通过在施工过程中采用配截齿合金钻头的旋挖钻机穿越既有结构,同时对既有结构之间的空洞段采用钢护筒护壁的方法及钢筋混凝土密封措施,有效解决了穿越既有结构围护桩无法成桩的难题,达到了穿越既有结构围护桩快速简便成桩施工的目的。

Abstract:

The retaining piles of Museum station of Harbin Metro penetrate through underground shopping street and civil air defense tunnels. Rotary drilling machines equipped with alloy drill bits with teeth are used to penetrate through the floor slabs of existing structures. For the cavities between the existing structures, steel cases are used to protect the borehole walls and reinforced concrete is used to seal the cavities. In the end, the target of rapid and easy construction of retaining piles penetrating through existing structures is reached. 
