中国盾构技术的创新与突破

The Innovation and Breakthrough of Shield Technology in China

摘要:

我国盾构技术已经取得了长足的进步,但与国外先进盾构技术相比,仍然存在一定差距。在概述国际盾构发展历程、现状及国际先进盾构应用情况的基础上,从关键核心技术、实验平台研制和盾构产业化3个方面,论述我国盾构技术所取得的创新与突破。以“先行号”、“进越号”及“中国中铁1号”等国内先进盾构为例,阐述我国盾构技术的发展现状和趋势。最后,针对我国与国际先进盾构技术的差距,展望盾构新型技术的突破口,能够为盾构技术的自主研发和应用提供可行思路。

Abstract:

Great progress has been achieved in shield technology in China. However, there is still a gap between China and other countries in this field. In addition to presenting the history and the stateofart of shield technology, this paper summarizes the innovations and breakthroughs made in shield technology in China, which include the fundamental breakthroughs in shield technology, the development of experiment platforms and the industrialization of shield manufacturing. The paper also discusses the stateofart and the trend of shield technology in China, with Shield “Pioneer”, Shield “Advance” and Shield“CREC No. 1” as examples. Finally, the authors makes an outlook on the development trend of shield technology in China. The paper can provide reference for the research and application of shield in China in the future.
