深圳地区复合地层盾构针对性设计与选型探讨

Design and Type Selection of Shields Adaptable to Heterogeneous Ground in Shenzhen, China

摘要:

结合深圳地质普遍特点、难点及其对盾构设计选型的总体要求,重点介绍应用于深圳轨道交通11号线及9号线的复合式土压平衡盾构的设计和选型特点,从盾构设备的角度对刀盘结泥饼、刀盘及刀具异常损坏、刀盘或盾体被卡等问题提出了针对性的设计措施,并结合实际应用情况,得出了以下结论: 深圳复杂地质条件下,盾构设计选型时应使设备具有良好的地质适应性,具有足够的驱动扭矩、破岩能力和良好的耐磨设计,需有防泥饼、防喷涌和带压换刀等功能。同时,对盾构施工管理和盾构设计改进也提出了建议,供业内参考。

Abstract:

The geological condition in Shenzhen is so heterogeneous that the shields to be used in Shenzhen should have special design and type selection requirements. In the paper, the characteristics of the design and type selection of two shields made by CREG used for No. 9 line and No. 11 line of Shenzhen rail transit system are presented. Special design is made for these two shields in order to solve such problems as cutterhead clogging, abnormal damage of cutterheads and cutting tools and jamming of cutterhead and shield shell. These shields have been used in the tunneling of Shenzhen rail transit system. Conclusions drawn are as follows: Regarding the heterogeneous geological conditions in Shenzhen, the shields designed should have good geological adaptability, enough driving torque, enough rock breaking capacity, good wearing resistance, good cutterhead clogging prevention capacity, good muck burst prevention capacity and good hyperbaric cutting tool replacing function. Furthermore, some proposals are made on shield boring management and shield design modification. 
