基于TTC60控制器的内燃机车电气控制系统设计

摘要:

内燃机车是隧道施工使用的重要牵引运输设备。将新型控制器技术及CAN总线技术应用到内燃机车的电控系统的设计中。所设计的系统以高性能控制器TTC60作为控制核心,通过CAN总线与显示器以及发动机控制器进行通讯,完成对液压系统及发动机动力匹配的控制。控制器程序开发采用Codesys平台,上位机程序则是在Linux操作系统下的编程环境,开发界面友好。目前该系统已经调试完成,它在控制功能实现、人机交互和安全可靠性等方面体现了独特的优势。

Abstract:

Locomotive is an important traction and transportation equipment in tunnel construction. A new type of controller technology and CAN bus technology are used in the design of the electrical control system of diesel locomotive. The highperformance TTC60 controller is regarded as the core of the control system designed. The control of the hydraulic system and the match of the engine power are realized by the communication among the CAN bus, the displayer and the engine controller. The controller program is developed by means of Codesys platform and the program that runs in the LED is developed based on Linux operation system. So far the commissioning of the electrical control system designed has been completed, which shows that the electrical control system designed has unique advantages in control function realization, manmachine interaction, safety and reliability.
