狮子洋隧道盾构地中对接技术及实施

Shield Docking Technologies for Shiziyang Tunnel

摘要:

对广深港客运专线狮子洋隧道盾构施工所采用的“相向掘进、地中对接、洞内解体”技术方案进行介绍,重点对“地中对接”技术及实施过程进行阐述和总结。通过加强“地中对接”实施过程控制和采取辅助措施,解决了对接精度要求高、对接面地层涌水量大及洞内拆机空间狭小等技术难题,从而达到精准、安全对接,实现了盾构在洞内安全拆机,取得了很好的效果。

Abstract:

In this article, the construction program of “oppositedirection boring, docking in ground, and dismantling in tunnel” used in Shiziyang shieldbored tunnel on GuangzhouShenzhenHong Kong passengerdedicated railway is presented, with special attention paid to “docking in ground”. Difficulties, such as high docking precision, large water inflow at docking face, and small space for shield dismantling, have been conquered by strengthening the process control of “docking in ground” and by taking assistant countermeasures. In the end, the shield docking has been successfully completed, and good effect has been achieved.
