盾构隧址区无自由面基岩孤石爆破预处理技术炸药单耗确定研究

摘要:

在盾构隧道施工过程中,如在隧道隧址区内遇有基岩孤石,盾构刀盘无法直接破碎处理,必须提前处理这些基岩孤石。以广东台山核电站引水隧洞基岩孤石爆破破碎处理为例,通过理论推导、现场试验,得到了用于该爆破设计的炸药单耗计算公式。研究结果显示: 推导出的无自由面岩石爆破破碎炸药单耗经验计算公式,通过实际爆破工程进行印证,取得了成功。

Abstract:

The bedrock/boulders along the alignment of shield tunneling cannot be excavated directly by the cutterhead of the shield, therefore they have to be treated in advance. In the construction of the diversion tunnel of Taishan Nuclear Plant in Guangdong, China, the bedrock/boulders along the tunnel alignment have to be blasted in advance. In the paper, the unit consumption of the explosives for the blasting is studied by means of theoretical deduction and field test and a calculation formula is obtained. The formula has been used in the engineering practice and good result has been achieved.
