库拉米隧道312挖装机马达气穴现象分析

Analysis on Cavitation of 312 Backhoe Loader Motor’s Used in Kulami Tunnel

摘要:

现代工程机械如台车、挖装机、盾构等都大量采用了液压元件,在设备使用过程中液压元件会出现各种问题,气穴现象就是其中之一。通过对库拉米隧道312挖装机出渣槽输送液压马达损坏原因分析探究气穴现象。并以此为例,通过公式估算混入液压油中的气泡压力,再根据相关资料估算气泡爆炸产生的压力。以此故障分析说明气穴现象对液压元件的危害。最后对气穴现象产生的原因进行分析,并针对气穴产生的原因提出预防措施以防类似情况发生。

Abstract:

Hydraulic components have been used in a lot of advanced machines, such as trolley, backhoe loader, shield machine and so on. A wide variety of problems appear in the use of these machines gradually, and cavitation is one of these. In this paper, the causes for the damage of hydraulic deliver motor of 312 backhoe loader used in Kulami tunnel are analyzed. The air stress in the hydraulic oil is calculated by means of formula estimation, and the stress caused by the air exploding is calculated according to related data. In the end, the damage to the hydraulic components caused by cavitation and the causes of the cavitation are analyzed.
