漫谈矿山法隧道技术第十一讲——谈隧道施工机械化

Tunneling by Mining Method: Lecture XXI: Mechanization of Tunnel Construction

摘要:

阐述我国隧道施工机械化的现状。指出: 1)我国缺乏专门研究和制造隧道施工机械的企业; 2)隧道施工机械化的水平参差不齐; 3)由于客观原因一些大型施工机械得不到充分利用,甚至弃之不用; 4)遇到施工难题没有可以选择的施工机械可以利用,制约了隧道施工机械化的发展。在一般围岩条件下,我国重点隧道的施工机械化水平,基本上能够满足施工要求;但在不良围岩条件下,机械化的差距特别突出,与预支护技术相适应的施工机械的研制和开发必须提到日程上来。重点介绍了日本的几种施工机械: 1)与围岩补强或预支护相适应的施工机械,如长钢管超前支护专用钻注一体机及搭载在台架上的液压凿岩机、控制拱脚下沉的弯曲钻机; 2)提高施工效率的施工机械,如钻孔机械(多臂钻孔台车、排钻)、喷射机械(双机械手干喷,大容量、低粉尘的新型喷射系统,长臂喷射机); 3)单跨、双跨、三跨仰拱栈桥; 4)充分发挥施工机械综合能力的集约化施工机械,如多臂TWS(隧道机组工作站Tunnel Work Station)、移动式大功率通风除尘机。指出提高隧道施工机械化的程度,大幅度缩短单项作业的时间,发挥综合机械化的威力,确保快速施工和工程质量是当务之急,机械化或工厂化施工是大势所趋,特别是在TBM法和盾构法在我国基本上已经实现工厂化施工的情况下,矿山法隧道也应该逐步向这个方向发展,这也是时代的要求。

Abstract:

The stateoftheart of the mechanization of tunnel construction is presented. The problems, i.e. lack of professional researching and manufacturing company of tunnel construction equipment in China, unbalance of tunnel construction mechanization, inadequate use or abandon of some largescale equipment and lack of feasible equipment for special projects, are pointed out. The construction mechanization level of some key tunnels in comment surrounding rocks in China can meet the construction requirements, and that of some tunnels in bad surrounding rocks varies much. The author suggests that the researching and manufacturing of construction equipments are very important for related presupport technology. Some tunnel construction equipments used in Japan, including equipments related to surrounding rock strengthening or presupport, i.e. steel pipe advance support dedicated drilling and grouting machines, hydraulic rock drilling jumbos and bending drilling machines, equipments which can improve construction efficiency, i.e. drilling machines and shotcrete machines, invert trestles (single span, double span and triple span) and intensive construction machines, i.e. multiboom TWS for Tunnel Work Station and removable powerful ventilation fans, are introduced emphatically. It is very important to improve the tunnel construction mechanization level, shorten the construction schedule and guarantee the construction quality. The construction mechanizations of TBM method and shield method have been achieved and it should be also the trend for mining method.
