似双排桩+锚索支护体系在两相邻基坑工程开挖中的应用

Application of Similar Doublerow Piles + Anchor Cable Supporting System to Excavation of Two Adjacent Foundation Pits

摘要:

为解决两邻近基坑同时开挖围护结构支护问题,依托青岛地铁3号线双山站1号出入口基坑及与其邻近的凯德商业建筑基坑工程,针对两基坑同时开挖且两基坑间雨水暗渠无法迁改的情况,提出一种类似双排桩支护结构形式,并辅以对拉杆体、竖向锚索和斜向锚索等,形成似双排桩+锚索支护体系。采用极限平衡分析法对支护体系中单排桩稳定性、双排桩整体滑动和抗倾覆稳定性进行计算分析,并现场监测基坑变形。结果表明: 基坑稳定性计算结果满足规范要求,现场监测桩顶最大水平位移为7.20 mm,地表最大沉降为5.26 mm,说明在两邻近基坑同时开挖时的似双排桩+锚索支护体系可行。

Abstract:

The stability of the support structure is very important when two adjacent foundation pits are excavated at a same time. The foundation pit of entrance/exit No. 1 of Shuangshan Station on Qingdao Metro Line No. 3 and that of Cade Commercial Mansion are excavated at the same time; and the covered drains can not be removed. As a result, a supporting system of doublerow piles + anchor cable is proposed. The supporting structure consists of doublerow piles, pull bolt body, vertical anchor cable and oblique anchor cable. The stability of single row, sliding of double row and stability of collapseresistance are calculated and analyzed by limit equilibrium analysis method; and the displacement/deformation of the foundation pits are monitored. The results show that the foundation pit stability calculation results can meet the requirements of related specifications; the displacement of pile top (maximum horizontal displacement of 7.20 mm) and the deformation of ground surface (maximum ground settlement of 5.26 mm) can meet the related requirements, so as to show that the abovementioned supporting system is rational and can provide reference for similar projects in the future.
