大断面矩形顶管隧道管节角部新型连接施工技术

Progressive Construction Technology for Corner Connection of Large Crosssection Rectangular Pipe Jacking Segment

摘要:

为解决现有管节连接方式的弊端,有效提高管节连接施工速度,降低施工过程中的安全风险及环境污染,依托新加坡汤申线Havelock站T221地下通道矩形顶管隧道项目工程实例,介绍大断面矩形顶管隧道管节内角部高强钢筋张拉施工技术。结果表明: 1)高强钢筋张拉技术适用于大断面矩形顶管隧道管节连接; 2)在张拉施工过程中使用到了新型注浆水泥和注浆设备,对传统张拉技术有一定的改进和优化; 3)本管节连接施工技术有效地增强隧道局部区域的整体性,操作简单,施工安全风险小,有效地避免了施工过程中的空气污染、噪声污染及光污染。

Abstract:

In order to avoid the disadvantages of existing connection mode of pipe jacking segments, effectively improve the segment connection construction efficiency, and reduce the risk and environmental pollution, a progressive tensioning technology of Macalloy bar used in the corners of segments of T221 Large Crosssection Rectangular Pipe Jacking Tunnel at Havelock Station on Thomson East Coast Line in Singapore is introduced. The results show that: (1) The tensioning technology of Macalloy bar is suitable for the connection of large crosssectional rectangular pipe jacking segment. (2) The new grouting cement and grouting equipment are used in the posttensioning process, which is an improvement for traditional tensioning technology. (3) The posttensioning technology is easily operated with low risk and can effectively enhance the overall stability of the tunnel and avoid air pollution, noise pollution and light pollution.
