Fullscale Experimental Study on Structural Mechanism of Tconnected Tunnel Constructed by Pipe Jacking Method

摘要:

为了探究机械法联络通道切削过程中由于结构体系变化导致主隧道衬砌内力重分布的变化规律,并总结其传力机制,通过基于无锡地铁顶管法施作联络通道案例的足尺试验,研究联络通道采用机械法施工时,主隧道衬砌结构在施工全过程中的受力性能。通过本文的分析,得出: 这一过程中各环的变形量较小,是较为安全的工法; 机械法联络通道中的内力重分布工况效应明显; 在内支撑等辅助设施的协同作用下,环内的内力重分布主要集中在被直接切削的衬砌环,环间的内力传递主要集中在切削位置的临近环,且主要发生在内支撑卸力工况。

Abstract:

The internal force redistribution would occurs to main tunnel lining due to structural system variation during the cutting process of the cross passage constructed by mechanical method. Hence, in order to analyze the variation laws of internal force redistribution of tunnel lining and summarize its force transmission mechanism, the structural mechanism of main tunnel lining during construction process of cross passage of Wuxi Metro constructed by pipe jacking method is studied. The analytical results show that: (1) The deformation of each ring during construction is small, which indicates the safety of the method adopted. (2) The effect of the redistribution condition of the internal force is obvious. (3) Under the cooperative action of auxiliary facilities such as internal support, the internal force redistribution in the ring mainly occurs in the cutting ring, and the internal force transmission between the rings mainly occurs in the halfcutting ring during the demolition stage.
