摘要:

为充分利用BIM(building information modeling)技术的可视化特点,解决北京地铁19号线施工过程管理中信息的离散性问题,保证各种施工信息随着施工逻辑有序集成,以在建的北京地铁19号线平安里站为工程背景对基于BIM的施工进度管理进行研究。首先,确定BIM进度管理的逻辑,通过建模阐述BIM模型的划分方式以及模型建立过程中的信息附加行为,确保模型进度跟踪的精度和有效性; 然后,通过开发的信息化平台进一步完善信息附加、跟踪与集成; 最后,根据此方法探索BIM技术对施工过程中工序信息、材料信息、成本信息附加、跟踪与集成方面的新手段,进而得出通过BIM技术能有效地遵从施工逻辑附加、跟踪、集成施工过程信息的结论,其优势主要体现在可视化的信息传递以及信息跟踪、集成方面。

Abstract:

The visualization characteristics of building information modeling(BIM) technology is fully used to solve the discreteness problem of information in the construction schedule management of Beijing Metro Line No. 19, and ensure the orderly integration of various construction information with the construction logic. The construction schedule management based on BIM in Ping′anli Station on Beijing Metro Line No. 19 is analyzed. Firstly, the logic of BIM schedule management is determined, and the partition mode of BIM model and the additional information behavior in the process of model establishment are described through modeling to ensure the accuracy and validity of model schedule tracking. And then, the information addition, tracking and integration are further improved through the development of information platform. Finally, the new means of adding, tracking and integrating process information, material information and cost information in the construction process by BIM technology are explored, and the conclusion that BIM technology can effectively comply with the construction logic to add, track and integrate construction process information is drawn. Its advantages are mainly embodied in visual information transmission, information tracking and integration.
