黄土地层矩形抗滑桩旋挖钻快速成桩技术及应用

Rapid Pile Drilling Technology by Rotary Drilling of Rectangular Anti-slide Pile in Loess Stratum and Its Application

摘要:

为了能够更加安全、快速、高效地完成矩形抗滑桩成桩,提高进度,降低成本,结合目前国内外抗滑桩传统施工方法,对抗滑桩施工方法、工艺进行优化和改进。矩形抗滑桩井口采用钢护筒护口、导向,井内采用“小钻头周边取土+大钻头中部取土+矩形修边器修边+钢筋笼整体调装+导管法灌筑”方式实现快速成孔、成桩,并研发配套的机械化施工工装、工法及工艺。经对比分析,该施工方法较传统施工方法作业工效更高,成本更低,并降低了安全风险。

Abstract:

In order to complete the rectangular anti-slide pile safely, quickly and efficiently, shorten the construction period and reduce the cost, the construction method and technology of anti-slide pile are optimized and improved by studying the traditional practice of anti-slide pile in China and abroad. The steel pipe is adopted at holehead of rectangular anti-slide pile to provide protection and guidance, and the method of soil collection by small bit + middle soil collection by big bit + edge repairing by rectangular trimming device + overall adjustment of reinforcing bar cage + grouting by conduit is adopt in hole to achieve fast hole and pile forming. The matching mechanical construction tools, methods and techniques are developed. By comparing to traditional pile drilling method, the method mentioned-above is with higher efficiency, lower cost and less risk.
