摘要: 为研究扩径再制造盾构切削穿越高架桥桩基的工程适应性,以北京地铁12号线盾构切削西坝河桥桩工程为背景,详细分析盾构刀盘系统、推进系统以及排渣系统切桩难点,并依据难点提出再制造要求,再对盾构各系统进行改造,最后研究再制造后各部分切桩适应性。结果表明:1)刀盘系统采用Q345B为材质、开口率达61%、配备切桩专用刀具以及搅拌棒,实现了刀盘系统耐磨性能,切削性能以及渣土改良性能的提升,基本适应切桩工况对刀盘系统要求;2)再制造后,转矩推力校核盾构满足切桩要求,且留有较大调整余度;3)螺旋出土器采用无轴式,降低了排出钢筋卡螺旋的几率,螺旋输送机的输送能力、转矩、转速提到提升,可适应切桩对排渣系统要求。

Abstract: On the background of Beijing Metro Line 12, the engineering adaptability of shield tunneling undercrossed Xiba River Bridge is studied in this paper. The boring machine used for tunneling is re-manufactured and the adaptability of the machine is discussed by analyzing the difficulties and the refit requirement about cutting piles of individual systems of cutting, thrust and mud discharge.The results of the research indicate that, 1). the performance of working face in cutting the plie foundation of the road bridge is enhanced when the modification on the sectors such as material of cutting head, open ratio, cutter placement is made; 2). the torque and thrust of the refit machine meet the requirement for the pile foundation cutting. 3). the conveying screw without any shaft reduces the possibility of the jamming and the capacity, torque and speed of the conveying screw satisfy the discharge expelling.
