铁路隧道二次衬砌施工新方法及衬砌台车方案设计

New Construction Method for Secondary Lining of Railway Tunnel and Design of Lining Trolley Scheme

摘要: 为解决传统拱部二次衬砌施工存在的衬砌表面蜂窝麻面、裂缝, 拱顶空洞及掉块等问题,以重庆铁路枢纽东环线胡家沟隧道为依托,介绍隧道拱部拼装式二次衬砌施工方法及对应的施工台车设计方案。同时,对台车侧边墙浇筑纵向封堵方案进行比选,最终形成了适用于3类不同衬砌结构的模板台车设计方案。方案中3种台车主体结构相通,共用支撑系统、液压系统、行走系统、边模及其他附属系统,可实现低成本改装。理论研究揭示: 采用拼装式新方法后,与原二次衬砌整体式浇筑有关的拱部缺陷迅速减少,可减少行车安全隐患,节省混凝土浇筑时间,提高混凝土衬砌施工效率。

Abstract: In traditional secondary lining, problems on honeycomb surface, cracks, void behind the arch and falling blocks always exist. Hence, a secondary lining construction method that uses assembled tunnel arch and its corresponding construction trolley design scheme are demonstrated for Hujiagou tunnel in the east ring line of the Chongqing railway hub. Moreover, the longitudinal sealing schemes for sidewall pouring of the trolley are compared to obtain design scheme for the formwork trolley in three different lining structures. Three main trolley structures in the scheme are similar and share the support, hydraulic, walking, sideformwork, and auxiliary systems, which can be modified at low cost according to different lining structures. The theoretical research demonstrates that the adoption of new method reduces the defects of lining arch cast by integral pouring and eliminates many hidden dangers of driving, which helps in saving pouring time and improving concrete liningconstruction efficiency.
