摘要: 为解决轨顶风道现场浇筑时施工工序多、生产环境复杂、施工质量难以控制等难题,以北京地铁19号线一期工程中某典型的双柱岛式地铁车站为依托,提出2种适用于不同车站施工方案的轨顶风道装配式技术,详细阐述2种方案的技术要点,并与传统施工艺进行对比。结果表明: 所提技术方案可靠,施工工艺合理,可明显减少现场环境污染、加快施工进度,尤其当车站数量达8个时体现出成本优势。

Abstract: Field casting of air ducts on the top of rails has many challenges, including multiple construction procedures, complex environment, and the difficult control of construction quality. In this study, two techniques for assembled air ducts on the top of the rails of metro stations constructed by different methods are developed, taking a typical doublecolumn islandtype metro station of the Phase 1 project of Beijing metro line No. 19 as a case study. The technical points and force analysis of each scheme are discussed in detail and compared with the traditional ones. The results show that the proposed technical schemes are reliable and construction techniques are rational. They could remarkably reduce onsite environmental pollution and speed up the construction progress. Cost advantage is prominent, especially when the number of stations reaches eight.
