盾尾密封油脂的抗水压密封性能评价标准研究

Evaluation Standards for Water Tightness of Shield Tail Sealing Grease under Conditions of High Water Pressure

摘要: 为解决目前国内外盾尾密封油脂抗水压密封测试标准不统一,不能定量测试油脂抗水压密封性等问题,研制出一种新型抗水压密封测试仪,并对国内外常见盾尾密封油脂进行抗水压密封性能测试。经分析,总结油脂抗水压密封机制,并定义水击穿压力测试指标,即实验室25 ℃下,使用1层网孔孔径为0.76 mm、丝径0.3 mm的金属钢丝网,300 g盾尾密封油脂被水击穿的最小压力。用水击穿压力可定量表征盾尾密封油脂抗水压密封性,进而提出抗水压密封测试标准。

Abstract: The test standards for the watertightness of shield tail sealing grease under high water pressure are not uniform around the world, and the performance of the sealing grease cannot be quantitatively tested. Therefore, in this study, a new method of testing the sealing performance of shield tail sealing grease under high water pressure is developed, and watertightness tests are conducted on commonly used types of shield tail sealing grease. Following an analysis, the sealing mechanism for sealing grease under highpressure conditions is summarized, and test standards for the water breakdown pressure are defined. The water breakdown pressure is the minimum water pressure that will puncture 300 g of shield tail sealing grease on a layer of metal wire mesh that has a mesh hole diameter of 0.76 mm and a steel wire diameter of 0.3 mm at 25 . The water breakdown pressure can be used to quantitatively evaluate the sealing performance of shield tail sealing grease under water pressure. Finally, the test standards are proposed.
