摘要: 为解决隧道掘进设备接口众多、高频异构型数据密度大且需要实时采集的问题,提出一种隧道掘进设备专用的多源异构数据采集系统。该系统采用一主多从的系统架构,按照“微服务”的设计思想,设计数据源接入接口统一以及数据源进程相互独立的程序架构,提出一种以插件形式组织数据源接入的开发方式。该系统包括终端软硬件部分、可视化平台部分等,先后接入PLC控制器数据、振动监测数据、渣土改良数据、刀具磨损数据等,实现了多源异构数据的多路完整、独立且实时采集。该系统解决了隧道施工中多接口大密度异构数据采集的难题,能够方便项目决策及管理人员实时、完整地获取现场施工信息,为优化掘进方案提供支撑。

Abstract: A multisource heterogeneous data acquisition system dedicated to tunnel boring machines is developed to solve the problems of numerous interfaces of tunnel boring machine, high density of highfrequency heterogeneous data, and realtime data acquisition. The system implements a system architecture of one master and multiple slaves. In this study, a unified data source access interface and an independent data source process mechanism are designed based on the design idea of "microservice" and then implemented. A development method to organize data source access in the form of plugins is then proposed. The system includes terminal software and hardware parts, visualization platform parts, etc. The system is accessed by programmable logic controller data, vibration monitoring data, muck improvement data, tool wear data, etc. and can achieve complete, independent, and realtime acquisition of multiple data sources. The system facilitates project decisionmaking and enables management personnel to obtain realtime and complete construction information on site, thus, providing support for optimizing the excavation plan.
