摘要: 首先,对我国城市轨道交通运营线路及里程进行统计,结果显示: 截至20221231日,全国拥有轨道交通的城市有55个,运营总里程约10 078 km(若含“智轨”系统,则有58个城市,运营总里程10 176 km)。然后,对我国城市轨道交通新增建设规划批复情况进行统计,结果显示: 2022年,国家发改委批复2座城市的新一轮建设规划,共计12条线路,211.8 km,投资约1 817.3亿元; 批复3座城市的建设规划调整方案,涉及7条线路,99.2 km,投资增加约526.8亿元,新增及调整项目所涉及的线路制式均为地铁制式。最后,分析我国城市轨道交通行业技术发展特点,认为: 1)国家陆续出台的相关政策凸显对城市轨道交通发展的重视; 2)规划发展突出与城市发展及多层次交通系统的融合协同; 3)中国土木工程学会轨道交通分会评选出城市轨道交通创新推广技术,这些技术代表了近年来准确的技术发展方向,包括土建技术侧重解决复杂特殊地质条件下的施工工艺工法、智慧建造技术贯穿于城市轨道交通对的全生命周期、更加重视运营改造及低碳环保技术的研发及应用。

Abstract: The operating status of urban rail transit is analyzed firstly. As of December 31, 2022, about 10 078 km long rail transit lines were operating in 55 cities around China (it would be 10 176 km in 58 cities if ART systems are included). The newlyapproval programs of urban rail transit are summarized. In 2022, the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) approved a new round of construction plans for two cities, involving 12 lines of 211.8 km and an investment of about RMB 181.73 billion, and adjustment plans for three cities, involving 7 lines of 99.2 km and an investment increase of about RMB 52.68 billion. All of these lines are metro lines. The technical development of the industry of urban rail transit has characteristics as follows: (1) The relevant policies successively issued by the state emphasize the development of urban rail transit; (2) integration and coordination with urban development and multilevel transportation system are highlighted in planning and development; (3) programs are launched for the innovation and promotion of urban rail transit technologies by Rail Transit Branch of CCES, specially, civil engineering technologies focus on the construction process and method under complex geological conditions, intelligent construction technologies are employed throughout the life cycle of urban rail transit, and more importance is attached to the development and application of operation transformation and lowcarbon technologies, which represents the development directions of technology.
