摘要: 为解决传统双液注浆设备的注浆配比控制精度低、达到指定配比时间长、注浆流量稳定性差、注浆压力不可控等问题,
设计一种基于两套液压系统独立控制,可实现双液浆任意配比注入的智能双液注浆泵。采用双联齿轮泵组设计,保证了液压
系统高效性和稳定性,进而提高了双液浆注入的稳定性,使双液注入配比精准度显著提升,比例误差控制在10%以内;通过
PLC 控制程序的设置,缩短了达到指定配比的时间,时间控制在25s 以内;通过设置梯次注浆程序,保证注浆压力可控以及
注浆质量。通过模拟注浆试验,验证了该泵能够实现双液浆注浆浆液配比的精细化控制,同时具备“梯次注浆工艺”自动化
控制等性能特点。经过项目现场的应用对比,本产品能够提升双液注浆质量,降低注浆材料的消耗。

Abstract: Aiming at the problems of the traditional two-component grouting equipment, such as low precision of
grouting ratio control, long time to reach the specified ratio, poor stability of grouting flow and uncontrollable
grouting pressure, an intelligent two-component grouting pump with two sets of independent control hydraulic
systems is designed, which can realize arbitrary injection ratio of two-component grouting. Double gear pump is
adopted in the design of the grouting pump, so as to ensure the high efficiency and stability of the hydraulic system,
and then the stability of two-component injection is guaranteed, so that the precision of two-component injection
ratio is significantly improved(the proportional error is controlled within 10%). At the same time, through the PLC
setting, the required time to reach the specified ratio is shortened(The time is controlled within 25s). By setting the
‘gradient grouting’ program, the grouting pressure can be controlled and the grouting quality can be guaranteed.
Based on the results of grouting test, fine control of two-component grouting and automatic ‘gradient grouting’
can be achieved. After the application comparison of the project site, this product can improve the quality of
double-liquid grouting and reduce the consumption of grouting materials.
