基于海绵城市理念的上海市地下空间开发利用模式研究

Development and Utilization Model of Underground Space in Shanghai Based on Sponge City Concept

摘要: 上海市地下空间开发自20世纪90年代进入快速发展期,同时上海市海绵城市建设近年来也在稳步推进。然而如何在地下空间开发中体现海绵城市理念,更好地系统性推进海绵城市建设却缺乏相应的研究。从海绵城市理念水生态、水环境、水安全的策略体系出发,针对地下空间开发的雨水下渗过程、地下水保护、地下排水设施引导等问题进行梳理分析,初步提出基于海绵城市理念的上海市地下空间开发利用模式,为提升健全地下空间开发利用技术体系、践行生态文明理念提出建议。

Abstract: The development of underground space in Shanghai has entered a period of rapid development since the 1990s, and the construction of sponge cities in Shanghai has also been steadily advancing in recent years. However, there is a lack of relevant research on how to embody the concept of sponge city in underground space development and systematically promote sponge city. Based on the strategic system of water ecology, water environment, and water safety in the concept of sponge city, the problems of rainwater infiltration process, groundwater protection, and guidance of underground drainage facilities in the development of underground space are analyzed. A preliminary development and utilization model of underground space in Shanghai based on the concept of sponge city is proposed. Meanwhile,suggestions are put forward to improve the technical system of underground space development and utilization and practice the concept of ecological civilization.
