Discussion on Technological Development and Key Management Points of Shield Tunneling

摘要: 针对盾构施工过程中面临的各类装备、施工和管理难题,结合工程实践,总结近10年来国内外盾构法隧道建造过程中装备关键成果,包括常压换刀技术、刀具状态智能诊断技术、刀盘刀具磨损监测技术、主轴承密封技术、主驱动伸缩摆动技术、推进油缸自由分组技术等;以及盾构施工关键技术成果,包括盾构智能掘进技术、带压施工技术、钢套筒盾构始发技术等。同时,分析盾构施工中遭遇的主要难题,如刀盘损坏、主轴承损坏、线路超限等,并从施工技术管理、设备管理、施工过程管理、风险应急管理4个方面,提出盾构施工管理重点。基于上述分析,认为盾构法隧道呈现出以下发展趋势: 1)采用多模式盾构修建隧道已成为趋势; 2)异形盾构成为地下空间开发的一种新选择; 3)智能建造将逐步成为盾构隧道发展的趋势。

Abstract: The key achievements in the shield tunneling equipment made in China and abroad in the past decade (including technologies for replacing cutters under normal pressure, technologies for intelligent diagnosis of cutter status,technologies for wearing monitoring of cutterhead and cutting tools, technologies for sealing of main bearing, technologies for extending/retracting and swinging of main drive, and technologies for free grouping of thrust cylinders) and those in the shield tunneling itself (including technologies for intelligent shield boring, technologies for shield boring under high pressure, and technologies for shield launching in steel sleeve) are summarized; the main difficulties encountered during shield tunneling, such as the damage of the cutterhead, the damage of the main bearing and the deviation of the tunnel alignment, are analyzed. Suggestion is made on the management of shield tunneling from the following four aspects: tunneling technology management, tunneling equipment management, tunneling process management and risk management. Based on the above analysis, it is believed that the shield tunneling has the following development trends: (1) the applicationof multimode shield for tunnel construction has become a trend; (2) shield with noncircular crosssection has become a new choice for underground space development; (3) intelligent construction will gradually become a trend in the development of shield tunnels.
