摘要:

为解决长距离小直径隧洞TBM施工中存在风险因素多样且易造成重大损失的问题,基于扎根理论质性分析,系统全面地识别长距离小直径隧洞TBM施工的各项风险因素,利用层次分析法-熵权法-博弈论法确定风险因素权重,降低专家主观意见干扰,提高权重确定的准确性; 结合云模型理论,构建一套长距离小直径隧洞TBM施工风险评价模型; 最后,以安阳市西部调水工程的长距离小直径隧洞TBM施工为例,验证所建风险评价模型的可行性,确定该隧洞施工属于较大风险项目,其关键风险因素有风筒破损漏风,掌子面涌水、坍塌,安全意识不到位,应急物资、设备等配置不足等,并提出针对性的风险防控措施。

Abstract: The safety risks during long-distance small-diameter tunnel constructed by tunnel boring machines (TBMs) vary and always cause great loss. Based on the grounded theory, various risk factors in long-distance small-diameter tunnel constructed by TBMs are systematically and comprehensively identified. The analytic hierarchy process, entropy weight method, and game theory method are used to determine the risk factor weight, reduce the interference of experts subjective opinions, and improve the accuracy of weight determination. A set of risk assessment model of long-distance and small-diameter tunnel TBM construction is constructed based on cloud model theory. Finally, this model is applied in the TBM construction of a long-distance small-diameter tunnel in the west of Anyang, China, to validate its feasibility in risk assessment. The primary risk factors are determined to be wind duct damage and leakage, water gush on the tunnel surface, collapse, inadequate safety awareness, and insufficient allocation of emergency materials and equipment. Targeted risk prevention and control measures are proposed.
