狭窄道路红线下方双层地下车库联络道设计

Design of Double-Deck Underground Garage Link Roads Located Beneath Narrow Road Red Line

摘要: 城市核心区开发强度大,建设地下车库联络道可以分担地面交通压力,净化地面慢行环境。为解决在城市支路狭窄(红线宽度12 m)、建筑退界紧张特殊条件下按照常规模式建设存在空间不足问题,提出双层地下车库联络道的设计方法。具体如下: 1)针对建筑断面提出风道侧排和顶排2种形式,考虑到联络道净高高于地块车库,一般情况下推荐采用风道侧排断面,地块开口处做好通风排烟措施。2)分析对比双层车库联络道与单层的交通组织差异,提出通道形和半环形2种交通组织模式,确保车库联络道与城市地下干道衔接顺畅。3)针对双层地下车库联络道净高与串联的车库存在高差,提出3种与之适应的竖向衔接方式(上层顺接、下层顺接、中间过渡),推荐上层与相邻车库竖向接顺,开发价值最大。4)针对周边不同的地块开发情况,提出3种建设模式(合建、临建利用围护、临建利用部分围护),统筹地下空间开发,做到资源集约。相关研究成果已应用到深圳湾超级总部基地地下车库联络道工程中,目前工程正处于施工建设阶段,部分隧道围护已经建成,证明设计方法合理可行。

Abstract: In highly developed urban cores, constructing underground garage link roads can help alleviate ground-level traffic pressure and enhance the pedestrian and cycling environments. To resolve spatial constraints encountered in conventional construction approaches within severely restricted urban branch roads (12-m red-line width) and minimal building setbacks, the authors present a design approach for double-deck underground garage link roads: (1) For building cross-sections, side-exhaust and top-exhaust ventilation ducts are proposed. The clear height of link roads is larger than site garages, side-exhaust configurations are recommended, requiring dedicated ventilation and smoke extraction measures at site access points. (2) The traffic organization between double- and single-deck underground garage link roads is comparatively analyzed, and two optimized traffic organization—a through-type configuration and a semi-loop configuration—are presented, ensuring seamless integration between the garage link roads and urban underground arteries. (3) Due to the height difference between clear height of link roads and garage, three vertical connection methods (upper deck connection, lower deck connection, and middle transition) are proposed. The upper deck connection is recommended for maximizing development value. (4) Three construction modes (joint construction, temporary use enclosure, and temporary use partial enclosure) are proposed based on the development situation of different surrounding plots, to coordinate the construction of underground space and achieve resource intensive. The relevant research findings have been applied to the Shenzhen Bay Super Headquarters Base Underground Garage Link Road. The project is currently under construction, with part of the tunnel retaining structures already completed, demonstrating the rationality and feasibility of the design methods.
