摘要:

小断面泥水加压平衡盾构适合于在含水量较高的软弱地层中施工,尤其是在穿江、过海、城市地下管道工程中应用较多。南京云锦路电缆隧道工程下穿新建成的云锦路,邻近有诸多楼房、管线,不可避免地存在许多工程建设风险。为减少对城市建筑物、构筑物的干扰,对盾构的试掘进技术、泥浆配比、掘进参数的选择、出渣量、掘进方向控制等掘进技术进行了研究总结,并针对施工过程中出现的疑难问题找到解决方案。

Abstract:

 Small crosssection slurry shield machines are suitable for tunnels in soft strata with rich water, especially suitable for rivercrossing tunnels, sea crossing tunnels and urban utilities tunnels. Yunjin Road Cable Tunnel crosses underneath the newlybuilt Yunjin Road. The buildings and utility lines near the cable tunnel increase the construction risks. In order to minimize the influence of the cable tunnel construction on the nearby buildings and facilities, the author analyzes the trial boring technology, slurry mixing ratio, boring parameters and control of muck disposal and boring direction. Furthermore, he works out solutions for the problems encountered during the cable tunnel construction
