Abstract:

Enterprise archives, sourced directly from enterprise activities and kept for future reference, is a kind of information material rich in cultural connotation. Focusing on how to develop the functions of enterprise archives in the construction of enterprise cultures, the author elaborates the cultural traits of enterprise archives, the relationship between enterprise cultures and enterprise archives and the developing of the archive resources to promote enterprise cultural construction in the paper.
