Some Innovations in Construction Techniques

摘要:

介绍了武广铁路客运专线大瑶山1#隧道施工过程中,在隧道开挖、仰拱、衬砌等工序进行的周边眼钻眼、光面爆破药卷加工、仰拱一次成型、衬砌中埋止水带安装等施工工艺创新。通过几项创新工艺在施工中的应用,简化了施工方法、提高了施工效率和施工质量、降低了施工成本投入,为优质、高效、经济地完成武广客运专线大瑶山1#隧道工程的建设作出了应有的贡献。

Abstract:

The innovations in respect of drilling of the contour blast holes, processing of the charging cartridges for smooth blasting, onetime insitu casting of the invert and installing of the embedded watersealing strips made during the construction of No. 1 Dayaoshan tunnel on WuhanGuangzhou passengerdedicated railway are presented in the paper. Due to the application of the mentioned innovations to the construction of No. 1 Dayaoshan tunnel, the construction methods have been simplified, the construction efficiency has been enhanced, the construction quality has been improved and the construction cost has been reduced, which has made great contributions to the successful completion of No. 1 Dayaoshan tunnel.
