成都地铁盾构设备配置

摘要:

 成都地质条件以高富水、高卵砾石含量著称,何种配置的盾构更能适合成都这种地质,一直是大家争论的焦点。根据成都地铁1号线一期工程4个盾构标段存在刀盘消耗成本大、换刀困难、地表易坍塌及刀盘和螺旋输送机磨损严重等实际问题,分析盾构设备的优缺点,提出将刀盘的开口率增大、螺旋输送机由轴式改变为带式、对卵石的处理方式由破碎为主变为排出为主,可以大大降低刀具成本,同时刀盘和前盾进行适当改动,解决换刀困难和地表易坍塌的问题。更改后的盾构设备配置更适合成都地铁盾构施工。

Abstract:

The geological condition in Chengdu is famous for rich water and high gravel content. Therefore, the topic that what kind of shield is suitable for Chengdu’s geological condition has been the focus of controversy. During the construction of the 4 shieldbored tunnel contract sections on Phase 1 project of Line 1 of Chengdu Metro, problems such as high cutterhead consumption cost, being difficult to replace the cutting tools, the ground surface being subject to collapse and serious attrition of the cutterhead and the screw conveyor. Analysis is made on the advantages and disadvantages of the shield equipment and countermeasures, such as increasing the cutter head’s opening ratio, shifting the screw conveyor from shafttype screw conveyer to belttype one and treating the gravel from breaking primarily to discharging primarily, are proposed so as to minimize the cutting tool cost. Furthermore, proper modification is made on the cutter head and on the front shield so as to facilitate the cutting tool replacement and to avoid ground surface settlement. The modified shields are more suitable for the construction of Chengdu Metro.
