摘要:

 乌鞘岭隧道穿越海拔2900~3600m的祁连山东北部高山区,隧道混凝土所处环境为非干湿交替的户外环境,长期湿润环境-冻融腐蚀环境,要求使用具有抗冻、抗渗、抗裂、抗腐蚀、护筋性能的耐久性混凝土,该混凝土在技术指标控制上和使用寿命上都与普通混凝土有很大不同。结合乌鞘岭隧道施工,阐述耐久性混凝土结构设计与施工的要点。

Abstract:

Wushaoling tunnel goes through the northeast high mountainous area of Qilian mountain, where the elevation rises to 2900~3600 meters above sea level. The concrete for the tunnel is under the environment of open air without moistdry alternations, longterm humid conditions and frost thawing deteriorating conditions. The concrete used should be freeze proof, leakage proof, split proof, deterioration proof and should have good rebar protection capability. The concrete is different from common concrete in respect of technical indexes and service life. The article expounds the essential of the structural design and construction of the durable concrete lining on basis of construction of Wushaoling tunnel.
