Abstract:

The "peopleoriented" concept is gradually strengthened in the construction of highways. Only when the overall construction management capabilities of the construction enterprises are gradually improved can the construction enterprises be adapted to and accepted by the construction market. Taking Jinan～Laiwu highway as case history, the paper presents the essentials of the typical model works and the major methods and measures taken during the works construction.
