Abstract:

Although innovation has become a fashionable and inevitable historical trend, it is crucial for enterprises to do well in succession. Succession is expatiated on in the paper with respect to the thought base of succession, the positive and negative sides of succession and the relationship between succession and innovation. Discussions are made on the mood, attitude and capability of the enterprise managers so as to do well in succession. Analysis is made on the necessity and contents of the succession from various aspects. The paper can provide reference for enterprise managers to deal with the relationship between innovation and succession.
