摘要:

超大盾构的到达施工作为盾构施工的重要环节,工艺复杂,风险巨大。以南京长江隧道为例,阐述洞前水泥搅拌桩加固、降水、冷冻及工作井内灌水(土)等综合施工措施,成功实施了浅覆盖、强透水地层条件下大直径泥水盾构机的接收,可为类似工程提供借鉴。

Abstract:

As one of the crucial procedures of shield boring, the arriving of shield machines with superlarge diameters is complicated in technology and has great risks. Taking the arriving of the shield machine for Nanjing Yangtze River Tunnel as an example, the author presents the comprehensive construction measures, including the portal section reinforcement by mixing piles, dewatering, freezing and water & soil filling in shield arriving shaft. The above measures guarantee the safe arriving of the superlarge diameter slurry shield under the condition of shallow cover and highly permeable ground. This paper can provide reference for similar projects in the future.
