Abstract:

On basis of the application of the AVN2440DS slurry shield machine, the article presents the maintenance program and structures of the shield machine, as well as the analysis on the electric circuits of the main drive, the common problems occurring during the boring of the shield machine and their countermeasures and the adoption of the domesticmade spare parts. The article can provide reference for other projects in aspect of increasing the availability of the shield machine so as to increase the advance rate and to reduce the construction cost.
