摘要：

针对小断面泥水盾构施工作业，分析配件管理工作中出现的问题和创新。从配件的计划、采购、验收和仓库管理，使用与维修几个方面进行了详细阐述。并根据现在市场经济的发展提出了新的管理理念，以能够实现产能和效益的最大化。

关键词: 配件管理计划, 采购使用与维修创新

Abstract:

On basis of the boring operation of the mini slurry shield machine, the article expatiates on the analysis of the problems and innovations of the management of the spare parts in respect of spare part planning, spare part procurement, spare part acceptance and storing management, and operation and maintenance of shield machines. Furthermore, on basis of the development of the market economy, the article recommends some innovative spare part management concepts, so as to achieve maximum production rate and maximum efficiency.
