摘要:

斜井快速施工是长大斜井尽快进入隧道主体施工的关键,结合新建龙岩至厦门铁路象山隧道斜井施工实践,分缓坡斜井(无轨运输)和陡坡斜井(有轨运输),从设计方案的优化(坡度、长度、断面、运输方式、井底车场)、井身的快速掘进、机械设备科学配置和施工组织管理等方面对长大斜井的快速施工技术进行了较为系统的论述,为类似工程的设计、施工提供一点借鉴。

Abstract:

The rapid construction of huge inclined shafts is the key to the construction of the main tunnel, which is accessed from the inclined shafts. Based on the construction of the inclined shafts of Xiangshan tunnel on LongyanXiamen railway, the authors discuss the rapid construction technology of moderategradient inclined shafts with trackless transportation system and steep inclined shafts with track transportation system respectively. The discussion mainly focuses on the design scheme optimization (including gradients, lengths, crosssections, transportation systems and parks on the bottoms of the inclined shafts), rapid driving of inclined shafts, reasonable matching of equipments and construction management. This paper can provide reference for the design and construction of similar projects in the future.
