摘要:

结合厦深铁路大南山隧道1#、2#斜井的施工经验,以大南山隧道1#斜井为例,总结分析影响斜井快速施工的因素及解决办法,阐述斜井快速施工的合理组织形式及现场管理经验、无轨运输施工机械设备的选型与配置原则、配置方案及组合计算方法等。结合施工经验,提出了隧道机械化施工的注意事项和施工相关方的配合与协作等问题,可为类似斜井快速施工机械配套和组织提供借鉴。

Abstract:

Based on the construction experience of No. 1 and No. 2 inclined shafts of Dananshan tunnel on XiamenShenzhen railway, the author, taking No. 1 inclined shaft of Dananshan tunnel as an example, analyzes the factors that have influence on the rapid construction of inclined shafts and summarizes the countermeasures. The author expounds on the reasonable organization forms, site management experience and type selection, matching principle, matching plan and matching calculation method of construction machinery under the condition of trackless transportation system. Finally, the author makes some comments on the mechanical tunneling and cooperation among the related parties. This paper can provide reference for the machinery matching and construction organization of similar inclined shafts in the future.
