摘要:

以太中银铁路SJS-V标岗城隧道进口新黄土围岩洞身开挖为例,结合实际施工情况,以快速施工为目的就开挖方法作了论述。在新黄土地质条件下通过分部开挖减少围岩及初期支护变形量,省去临时支护,从而克服在该种围岩条件下因临时支护使工作面空间狭小的难题,通过方案优化,制定切实可行的对策,配套常规设备,实现快速施工。

Abstract:

Taking the construction of the entrance section of Gangcheng tunnel of SJSV bid section on TaiyuanZhongweiYinchuan railway as an example, the authors discuss the rapid construction of tunnels in new loess ground in this paper. Sequential excavation is executed in new loess ground, which minimizes the deformation of the surrounding ground and the primary reinforcement and eliminates the need to install temporary support. In addition, sequential excavation method can solve the traditional problem of restricted working space induced by installing temporary support in new loess ground. The construction scheme is optimized, effective countermeasures are developed, ordinary equipments are allocated, which results in rapid construction of the tunnel in new loess ground.
