摘要:

着重介绍了石太客运专线太行山隧道7#斜井装碴、运输、提升等主要设备的配置方案。并将7#斜井以往常规的正洞有轨运输优化为“正洞无轨运输、井底转载、斜井井身有轨运输提升”的综合方案。综合了有轨运输系统与无轨运输系统的优点,两个系统相对独立,可发挥各自的优势,保证全天候不间断提升,加快施工进度。

Abstract:

The matching of the muck loading, transporting and hoisting equipment for No. 7 inclined shaft of Taihangshan tunnel on Shijiazhuang~Taiyuan passengerdedicated railway is presented in the paper. For No. 7 inclined shaft, the traditional railbound transportation system for the main tunnel is optimized into a comprehensive plan consisting of trackless transportation system for the main tunnel, muck transferring at the shaft bottom and railbound transportation system for the inclined shaft. The comprehensive plan combines the advantages of the railbound transportation system and the trackless transportation system, which work relatively independently and give play to their own advantages. In the end, continuous hoisting is guaranteed and the advance rate is improved.
