Abstract:

The matching of the muck loading, transporting and hoisting equipment for No. 7 inclined shaft of Taihangshan tunnel on Shijiazhuang～Taiyuan passengerdedicated railway is presented in the paper. For No. 7 inclined shaft, the traditional railbound transportation system for the main tunnel is optimized into a comprehensive plan consisting of trackless transportation system for the main tunnel, muck transferring at the shaft bottom and railbound transportation system for the inclined shaft. The comprehensive plan combines the advantages of the railbound transportation system and the trackless transportation system, which work relatively independently and give play to their own advantages. In the end, continuous hoisting is guaranteed and the advance rate is improved.
