摘要：

针对客运专线隧道如何提高施工进度，制定了相应的管理办法和制度，并将其运用到石太客运专线太行山隧道8号斜井工区的施工管理中，收到了很好的经济效果。

Abstract:

In order to improve the construction advance rates of the tunnels on passengerdedicated railways, relevant management methods and stipulations are made and are applied into the construction management of the working lot of No. 8 inclined shaft of Taihangshan tunnel on Shijiazhuang～Taiyuan passengerdedicated railway and good economic results are achieved.
