Abstract:

Grouting technique has become a commonly used assistant method for the reinforcement of soft, fractured and waterrich ground during karst tunnel construction. The control of the grouting parameters in the process of grouting is generally made by manual records, which has adverse influence on the accuracy and objectivity of the grouting effect assessment. In order to systematically collect, analyze and manage the grouting data, automatic grouting recorder is used to control the whole grouting process and perfect effect has been achieved. In this paper, taking the automatic grouting recorder used in the grouting construction of Qiyueshan tunnel as an example, the authors introduce the principle, operation method, data collection and analysis of the automatic grouting recorder used in grouting construction of tunnel works. The application of automatic grouting recorder objectively shows the various parameters in the grouting process, which not only provides an accurate basis for grouting effect evaluation, but also provides reference for the application of automatic recorders in similar projects in the future.
