Application of Automatic Grouting Recorder in Grouting#br# Construction of Tunnel Works

  1. Grouting technique has become a commonly used assistant method for the reinforcement of soft, fractured and waterrich ground during karst tunnel construction. The control of the grouting parameters in the process of grouting is generally made by manual records, which has adverse influence on the accuracy and objectivity of the grouting effect assessment. In order to systematically collect, analyze and manage the grouting data, automatic grouting recorder is used to control the whole grouting process and perfect effect has been achieved. In this paper, taking the automatic grouting recorder used in the grouting construction of Qiyueshan tunnel as an example, the authors introduce the principle, operation method, data collection and analysis of the automatic grouting recorder used in grouting construction of tunnel works. The application of automatic grouting recorder objectively shows the various parameters in the grouting process, which not only provides an accurate basis for grouting effect evaluation, but also provides reference for the application of automatic recorders in similar projects in the future.

瓦斯隧道现代化安全监测监控系统,是加强瓦斯隧道安全生产管理工作的重要物质和技术保障,同时也是防止瓦斯爆炸事故发生、实现安全生产现代化管理的必要手段。在瓦斯危害严重的隧道中,矿井瓦斯自动监测系统已普遍采用。为了提高瓦斯隧道施工的技术管理水平,作者结合工程实际,就瓦斯自动监测系统中传感器的选择与设置方面提出了一些自己的看法。
