摘要:

从盾构掘进的自动控制技术着手,分析总结了盾构施工地表沉降变形的模糊控制原理。对控制器进行结构设计,然后结合 Matlab的模糊控制工具箱中的工具,选取控制器合适的输入和输出变量,利用人工控制的经验并结合专家知识,得出了具有实际意义的盾构模糊控制规则,最后通过 Matlab离线计算出模糊控制器的控制表,完成模糊控制器的设计。

Abstract:

The principle of the fuzzy control of the surface settlement during shield tunneling is analyzed and summarized on basis of the automatic shield tunneling control technology. First, the structure of the controller is designed; Second, reasonable input and output variables of the controller are selected on basis of Matlab fuzzy control toolbox; Thirdly, useful fuzzy control principle for shield tunneling are obtained on basis of the manual control experience and expert knowledge; Finally, the design of the fuzzy controller is completed by offline working out the control table of the fuzzy controller on basis of Matlab.
