摘要:

神木供水工程2#竖井在施工过程中井下发生不明漏水漏砂现象,导致竖井被淹,施工中断。为解决这一难题,经过多次研究和论证选择了注浆施工,经采用多种注浆材料,改进注浆工艺,终于解决了在84m深井0.6MPa高水压条件下的注浆难点,成功封堵了竖井段漏砂漏水点,较大幅度的改善了竖井施工条件,使工程得以继续施工。

Abstract:

Due to the water/sand leakage encountered at the bottom of No. 2 vertical shaft of Shenmu water transfer project, the vertical shaft is flooded and the construction has to be suspended. In order to solve this problem, grouting method is selected after numerous researches. Various grouting materials are trialed, the grouting techniques are optimized and the difficulty of grouting in 84mdeep vertical shaft under 0.6MPa hydraulic pressure is overcome. The successful sealing of the water/sand leakage improves the construction conditions of the vertical shaft and ensures the successful execution of the following works.
