摘要:

介绍了某工程盾构隧道围岩压力的现场监测方法和测试结果,包括:测量元件的选择及埋设、测试方法、测试结果及分析等。通过对试验数据的分析,得到了盾构隧道围岩压力随时间的变化规律,并对围岩压力监测值与理论值进行了对比。研究表明:目前设计中常用的惯用设计法土压力计算模型是合理的,计算土压力与实测土压力基本接近。盾尾注浆压力比实测土压力大,是施工过程管片外表面受到的最大外部荷载,设计时外荷载取值应考虑盾尾注浆压力。

Abstract:

In the paper, the methods and results of the in-situ monitoring of the ground pressures acting on a shield-driven tunnel are presented, including selection and layout of the monitoring elements, monitoring methods, monitoring results and relevant analysis. By means of analysis on the monitoring data, the law of the time-dependent variations of the ground pressures acting on the shield-driven tunnel is concluded. Furthermore, in the paper comparisons are made between the measured values of the ground pressures and the theoretical values of the ground pressures. T he study results indicate that the ground pressure calculation model of the traditional design method that are often used in the present designs are reasonable and that the calculated ground pressures are almost in agreement with the measured ones. The simultaneous grouting pressures, which are larger than the measured ground pressures, are the largest external loads acting on the outer surface of the segments during construction, therefore the simultaneous grouting pressures should be considered in determination of the values of the external loads.
